REGAL JYLE (4) has mixed form recently, finishing fourth (34.81) in a Special conditions H at The Meadows latest but did run well two back when in the frame. Key player on best and expected to bounce back. ESPOIR (6) ran below best last time finishing fifth (34.97) over 600m at The Meadows in a Special conditions H. Form here at the trip sound including three wins. Has won three of four starts from this draw. Leading chance. MEPUNGA VELVET (2) comes into this as a quickest on the card winner last time at Ballarat, scoring by 1.1 lengths (38.65). Capable of going close again. PAW DANNY (3) is worth some thought after placing last start.
